Help Please Identifying Roman Copper Coin

This is a common coin, but I cannot find it mental blockage-as I've seen it before. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also should I clean it, or leave it be? Victor Pillar of the Community United States 905 Posts	Posted 03/25/2014 11:51 am It is Valens with a SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE reverse. The OF in the left field on the reverse means it is from either the Lyons or Arles mints, I can't make out the exergue; but Lyons would be something like LVGP and Arles would be some form of CONS. How do I go about telling if it's Lyons or Arles, because I can see better detail in hand-maybe I can find out the mint?
