Coin show coming to town tomorrow. Or at least I'm going to attend it. What are Morgans and Peace dollars selling for right now? Just common dates. I noticed silver is down to a range where I'm okay buying. I know Morgans always carry a small premium when silver is this low.

I'll probably be buying BU common dates.

Raw common BU Morgans and Peace dollars usually go for $50 or so at the Auction I go to. (seems never less than $50)
A lot of times the grade on the 2x2 is open to debate, to be kind.
So obviously get there early and take notes. Let us know how it goes, I enjoy coin auctions.

The best thing I can suggest is buying a single copy of the "greysheet" online. The "Coin Dealer Newsletter" is now available online and a single copy costs less than 5 bucks. There are many versions of the CDN, but the "greysheet" typically has Morgan and Peace dollars. Thats typically gives typical buy/sell prices of Raw Morgans and Peace dollars.

Again The GREYSHEET is the one that typically has Morgans, Peace, proof sets, mint sets, and a gaggle of other pricing. It doesn't have it all, but normally the Morgans and Peace always seem to be in there.

The BLUESHEET ? typically shows the pricing on certified Morgans and Peace dollars, from NGC and PCGS.

If you purchase a copy of the CDN, it will be delivered via PDF, and it is printable. I tend to cut and paste and print only what I need so I can have a larger font to read. The Font on the price sheet can be quite small, and I don't want to squint when I am referencing the sheet.

So much depends on where the show is, how big it is, how many have those, etc. It is difficult to really come up with any price range on coins. Silver dollars vary so massively in prices it is a really tuff coin to give just a ball park figure. At shows I've seen well worn common ones selling for about $15 and those prices go up, up, up.
