I had this in a Canadian quarter collecting book and didn't know that this variety was rare.

How rare are they? I have 35 if them in uncirculated condition.

I looked it up:

8.4M of the no P and 64.1M of the P.

I just learned about the 2001 no p variety from another post. People were saying that they hadn't found many of them in circulation.
