This guy has a great scam going. He's sold a ton of these and other varieties from $25 to $45. Wait until the buyers eventually figure out they've got replicas. Aren't these illegal under counterfeiting laws? I don't see copy placed on any of these.

Strictly speaking, the description is honest enough.

Obviously trying to sell to suckers. I have said this a few times before:
"Never give a sucker an even break". In my opinion, that is unfair and dishonest. We ALL start out with not enough knowledge and experience.

Putting "fantasy" in a description does not make selling counterfeits legal.

The coin looks like a cast replica of an existing US Commemorative coin....not legal

You should report it to ebay....I will

Note: he has another "fantasy" coin for sale also

I have seen several different dates of the Texas commem with the same gritty porus looking edge on ebay.
