The mark above 2 looks like PMD to me ....as for the one on the neck- is that a dent or raised surface mark ?

I think it is mint damage two clamped triangle in dents and a hole but. no drill marks

The hole is fascinating , what are the edges of the hole like ? How deep is the hole ?

Speaking of drill marks, I came across a two pence that was drilled last year

The hole is smooth no sign of of what made the hole some how found its way out of the mint

Could it be an air bubble that didn't have a top? Sometimes you get coins with a bubble outwards, so why not one inwards.

i think the two marks ether side are clamp marks that hold the coin in place so they can test with out the coin moving
