Nice one!
A strange clip or wrong planchet.
Weight?
Is it magnetic?
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Australia has a 50 Cent reverse design something like this one. (1994 - Year Of The Family)
Weird.
Don't like either of them.
Childish, crude artwork.

I would suspect wrong planchet, but the weight HAS to be checked to verify this.
Othewise, probably a broardstrike.

Local pharmasist may be able to help out, or perhaps the high school chemistry lab.

It kind of looks like it was struck on a 1999 nickel planchet, and the rim was flattened a bit by the die. Which is non mag.

edit
As you can see the beads run over on the rim, I think the strike was centered on the nickel planchet which was tight in the collar on one side, which would also squeeze down the rim on the other side making it look tapered. If it weighs about 4.6 gr then its a good chance.

I would have said stuck on an elliptical clipped pl anchet or a wrong pl anchet. If its supposed to be magnetic and it isn't, I'd say its struck on a wrong planchet, possibly a nickel as stated. But definitely, not struck on a tapered planchet.

Definitely not magnetic.

So much information on here, think I have something figured out, then nope.

What can I do to get it weighed?
I guess that would be the next step.
