I'm very new to collecting. I like both coins and paper money. Yesterday I got change for a $5 at work and they gave me 5 new $1 bills. There is nothing outstanding about the serial #'s except the last three #'s are in sequence from 147-151. Just spendable? Thanks!

personally I like to save consecutive notes, especially if they are new and crisp. $3 isn't a lot to just add to your collection.especially if you're just starting out, a good, cheap way to enter into paper money collecting

spend that three bucks on a cool nickel or silver quarter, 30 years from now that 3 bucks will be worth $3.50
