It appears to be a Masonic token of some sort, Cant make out the letters in the design too well, but Lodge 57 possibly. Possibly some Hebrew writing on the 2nd picture.

The letters in the circle on the keystone are HTWSSTKS, which indicates a Mark Master Mason of the York Rite. "Hyram, Tyrian, Widow's Son, Sendeth to King Solomon."

The design on the non-keystone side - your pic is upside-down - is replicated from an ancient Jewish coin from the First Revolt period. These shekels have been frequently copied and used as the basis for religious and ritual tokens for centuries.
