I know this is in the wrong area to post ... but...

I just got a HOME DEPOT pop up.

That is not supposed to happen? Right?

Thought I should report it.

Did you accidentally click one of the ad on the lower part of the screen? I've done it a few times, usually the ads are similar to what you search out of the forum. Then the A.I. selects these advertisements because they know what you've been looking for, this keeps it on the mind ;). I'm not staff, but thought I'd mention what I think was the cause.

Edit: cleaned up my spelling .

I have done so as well. Annoying but not harmful.

There are a few that if you hover over them for three seconds they will generate what's called a "flyout" which is similar to a pop up. I try to block them as I see them.

I've noticed the flyouts, which are annoying, but haven't seen them for a day or two.

Yeah they don't appear very often and I do try to block them when I see them because I don't like them either.

There's been a slew more of the flyouts the last few days - Turkey.Home and another, RBC perhaps, only saw it once.
