What kind of info are you looking for specifically? This coins and others with same design are listed in the "Unusual World Coins" Krause book.

The coin is a restrike made in 1963 as the second date indicates. The dies are modern and I suspect the coins were struck in a open collar as opposed to a roller scale which any period original or counterfeit would have been.

Who if anyone authorized the issue I do not recall without looking it up. This type appears perhaps 2-3 times per year on ebay.

It's a common medallic issue. They actually appear on ebay at a rate of about 2-3 per week rather than per year.

Numismat is that US ebay because I rarely see them. I would expect them more in the European venues than US.

There are 7 of them on ebay now, I'm searching "on ebay.com" rather than worldwide. US only there are 5 currently up. There is also a gold version and that one pops up maybe 2-3 times a year internationally.

I guess I really never looked for them before. I pre-filter for north and south America so I am not searching all of ebay only half.
