I see what appears to be a fair amount of straight line scratches on the obverse as well as the reverse. (I don't think they are die polishing marks.) This leads me to think that the coin has been wiped/cleaned at some point. It also seems to be unnaturally bright, but that could just be the lighting that was used when taking the image.

The scratches, for me, take the coin out of the mint state category and drop it into the AU range. A grading service might give it a "Details" grade, however.

Delayed reply ... way too much work lately.

This example is frequently found in full brilliant uncirculated condition with amazing clean surfaces ... a favorite amongst many commemorative fans.

Your coin by photograph appears to have those brilliant surfaces ... alas it also appears to have experienced a hard wipe at some point.

The parallel hairlines visible on both surfaces attest to a prior cleaning.

I grade MS - Details (Cleaned).
