I'm mainly a Flying Eagle and Indian Head cent variety collector, but just recently got back into the Franklin Halves. I used to have a registry set back when "blast white " coins were the only way to go.
I've since gotten into the mint set toned coins, my latest:
Toned-Franks

was wondering how many others are interested in these darkly colored pieces?

I just got into Franklin's as well, except mine are one-of-a-kind errors. I have won 4 unique error in the last few weeks.

The toned coins are very cool as well since they are basically one-of-a-kind pieces as well;

Nice coin btw

Hello Dewayne,
great coin, they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, to some the mint set tone's are ugly, I just can't get enough of them. Hope to see a lot of them this weekend, we have a 110 table local show, and a few dealers that carry a lot of these mint set toned coins.

Errorcoins,
I would be interested in seeing some of these errors, don't know much about varieties in this series yet. I do have Rick Tomaska's book, I'll have to do some serious reading soon.

Later,
