Last night I decided to look through my piggy-bank of Canadian cents that I collected from circulation in the Detroit area when I was a kid. While doing this, I was specifically looking for the pointed and blunt 5 varieties (not really worrying about the dot size yet). I am sure that I found both varieties of 5s, but some coins look in-between. So, below are three coins. Coin A I believe is pointed 5 and small dots. Coin B is blunt 5 and small dots. Coin C is my question. It looks like a somewhat pointy 5, but less than coin A. My question is if coin C is a pointy or blunt 5.

Coin A - Pointy 5, Small Dots

Ok, thanks everyone. I also read some other threads on the topic and agree that C is probably blunt. There does seem to be a bid of variety among the blunt versions though.

Anyway, I am pretty sure that coin A is pointy, and I am happy to have found one of them among the ~25 1965 Canadian cents I have:)
Rest in Peace
