1968 Nickel Dollar - Coin Community Forum

Voltigeurs New Member Canada 45 Posts	Posted 04/17/2014 10:47 pm I bought today a nickel dollar 1968. The word DOLLAR, the date and regina are double. In the charlton book, we can find 3 varieties: DHL1 DHL2 and DD. Can we find the DD (double die) on both DHL1 and 2?. What is the relation with the DD and the other DHL1 and2? Thanks! Bill Cross and I removed DHL #2, because the upper horizon line is doubled on ALL 1968 nickel dollars, except on the No Island varieties....
