So I have narrowed it down to a VOT XX but I cannot make out the mintmark. The observe is CONSTA-NTINVS AVG and on the reverse it is DN CONSTANTINI MAX AVG. Some idiot (not me for once) tooled the heck outta the back, but I still want to label it. Please Help :) Thanks!

That reads SIS, I reckon, so Siscia mint. Constantine I.

Thanks guys. I just wish someone didn't destroy it with a pick... makes me sick :/ Since there isn't just an SIS coin in RIC it means it could be unlisted or they simply tooled off the prev. or ending such as a palm tree etc.
