I think we've come to a consensus NOT to submit it.
It's still worth more than melt, however, because of the scarcity of this date and mintmark, including other 1890's New Orleans dollars.

I was being a bit hyperbolic by describing it as a "melt" coin, but the images are excellent and definitive. Street value on it - I'm calling it low-XF Details - is only in the $50-60 range. And that's in a slab.

It is indeed polished to heck. I was thinking the images were just overexposed... nope. This one will be going back.
