I see it appear on certain grey sheet issues.

It gives a percentage next to each of the major TPGs. In this issue it's as follows:

Service Low High Average
PCGS 68.35% 94.75% 83.22%
NGC 55.17% 94.29% 78.97%
ANACS 35.52% 80.57% 57.81%
ICG 64.48% 88.12% 78.29%
PCI 33.25% 64.05% 50.31%
SEGS etc...etc...

The Coin Market Indicator is a comparison of the TPGs on the basis of sight unseen bid price to sight seen bid price. It's a joke, JMHO
