They were a legitimate company, at least more legitimate than many. (For one thing, unlike your typical fly-by-night this company did not use generic shells but invested in the dies need to create their own custom shells an center core pieces. Plus the custom "horn" needed for the sonic welder to seal the holders. That means at least seven injection molding dies at a cost of seven to ten thousand dollars each plus probably another ten thousand or so for the welder and horn. So they had to invest some seventy thousand dollars or more to get into the slabbing business. A fly-by-night doesn't do that. Just checked
ebay, looks like you could get a good used welder for two to three thousand, but you would still need the custom horn designed and made. So you might be able to knock a couple thousand off the price.)
They had two different holder varieties. The first one had the logo in black and white, the second one with it in color. Another differance is that on the first one the name of the company was spelled wrong Milennium instead of Millennium. That was corrected on the second variety.
