I believe it is an Egyptian 2 Piastres dated 1363 AH (1944 AD). 50% silver

Yup, Kefiroth has it right.
Despide a low mintage(According to everything I've come across, 32,000) its a relatively common coin in higher grades.
I have a nice one in my Personal collection
