Hi, I'm wondering if anyone recognized this coin and if the countermark is recognized / valid. Diameter is about 19.2mm, weight 1.5g and the coin is very thin. Thanks!

It's a jewellery replica of an Ottoman gold coin from the 1800s. Almost certainly not made of genuine gold. To compare, genuine coins look more like this example on zeno.ru.
