Look at the top of the hair and her lower jaw. The front of her hair seems separated from her face too. Where the crown is at her hair looks almost gone too.

Nothing wrong with the reverse. Or I don't see it.

There's a mark behind her, between the back of her neck and hair. I'm not sure what it is but might it have a connection with why this penny is like this?

Good eye nice pics. Slightly off center obv. I dont know if its from over polished die as you say or maybe a little bit of a filled die or light strike.

I think it's over polished. The bit under the hair in front is the same height with the background.
If it's a light strike wouldn't the other side be light too? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I can't say much about filled die but as far as I can see only the lowest points of the relief is gone.

If anyone wants a closer look I can bring it down to the school lab on Monday and look at it under a microscope.

I didn't see the offcenter. Like people always say two heads are better than one
Does it add any value to the coin?

Thanks The photo was taken next to a window with the help of a magnifying glass, and I think I've captured the red/red-brown colour pretty well. It also cartwheels but you can't really see it in the photo.
