This one appears to be the best of the three half eagles I'm thinking of sending to PCGS. I think this one grades the best out of the three. Its bright and has some light scattered contact marks, but the fields seem cleaner than the others.
What do you folks think she grades at?

I want to say the details are MS but how is the luster? Do you suspect it's been cleaned at all? It looks dull in these pics

It is probably just the photographs, but I agree with dsfreeworld that it looks dull.

Its definitely the scans, I'm gonna try to upload some better pictures this sunday if I get a chance. This coin has just as much luster as a 1881 S Eagle I have thats graded MS62 by NGC.

I'm definitely not seeing any wear, and providing there's a bit more luster not shown in the scans like I'd assume there is I'm at MS-60/61.. Very nice!
