barryg Pillar of the Community United States 5879 Posts	Posted 07/17/2014 08:39 am Man, I had no idea there was a variety of the Liberty Seated half dollar with arrows and a motto (I thought the arrows were only for 1853-55). I managed to just barely squeeze an Arrows & Rays variety onto my digital 7070 album in addition to the standard Arrows variety, but there's no room for another variety. Ah well, I guess I can always add it to my "Miscellaneous" section if I have to. Of course, first I actually have to find one to call my own. It looks like they are pretty expensive in better grades... That's what's so nice about type sets. I happen to base mine on the NGC Registry Type Set (1793-1964). PCGS has a different definition and obviously the Dansco 7070 is also different. I also have a birthyear set (business strikes and proofs). That is also a type set, just based on a different criterion. Report this Post to the Staff
