Looks like a normal worn nickel to me. Are you asking about something specific you see? Can you post a pic of the other side of the coin?

It's hard to get a clear shot.. but on the reverse it looks like at the very least E Pluribus Unum is doubled. It's more noticeable at the bottom of the letters. Also the tops of the letters of USOA. I can see it with just my eyes. Also there's a circle inside the coin which starts at the top of the mansion, goes in line with the bottom of the letters in the motto, and continues almost to the other corner of the building. I don't really think it's just worn; but I'm receptive.

Hard to tell by the pics but it looks like PMD caused by a wrapping machine or a bubble gum type machine.

It's hard to tell from the pics here, but it kinda looks like "Monticello" has doubling too?
