What I do see are some of the legend which looks like Karosthi this would make the coin most like Indo-Greek. So it could be Apollodotos I or II, or Menander. Yours is rather large and the first photo is upside down and the and there is not much left of the reverse but the weight and dimensions and this small amount of the work BASILWS is still visible makes the coin attributable.
