That's KM28. What gives these away are the rims. They pick-up dings incredably easy. Yours are pretty decent, so I'd say it was wrapped away when just about UNC. Nothing to retire on, but .these are favored for their scalloped edge.

what is km28? is that a grading scale?
you know how hard it is to fold that dern piece of cardboard inside that sealed plastic? with out tearing the seal?

KM #28 means the catalog number.

According to my old catalog prices, in mint condition values $2.5 mintage 2 millions, made of Aluminium-Bronze.
