Before I received the coin, I had it pegged as RIC 727. The example on wildwinds is 10.8 grams, 26.64 mm.

Mine is 32mm and 18.65g. I can't find a description (other than this one) to fit my coin. I have checked out acsearch and coinproject and can't find it.

Could this coin still be RIC 727 with such a large difference in weight and size?

Thanks chrs, I thought mine was an As rather than Sestertius, I think mine is way to light for a sestertius.

I Think the wear would explain the weight difference. Sestertius can weight from 22-30 grams so it's not too far off on the low end.
