I just noticed in Trends that they have a 1997 W small cent in the PL/Bu column and also a 1997 O in the same column does anyone know what sets these are with and how you tell them apart?
They came in BU (PL) sets. In the pliofilm package with the reverse facing up the O (Ottawa) made sets have the loon in the upper right. The W (Winnipeg) made sets have the loon upper left. Once out of the packaging the coins are indistinguishable.
