1878 P Morgan - What's The VAM?

I'll post pictures tomorrow morning, but am describing it at home so I don't have to re-analyze this coin at work when I scan it.

Obverse:
No doubled stars.
Possible 'ray' coming from the middle of the eyelid to the SW.
Liberty doubled to the NE - Possible machine doubled

Reverse:
7 Feathers - Short Nock - Parallel Arrow Feather
Open O in God.
Doubled to the west for 'In God We Trust' - Doubt it's machine doubled
Doubled "ES OF AMERI" clockwise

My first guess is '1878-P VAM-140 Partly Open O', but the doubling is so pronounced on 'In God We Trust', that it's just crying out for something.
