Tough call for me. I can't see any notching of the MM and yours looks to be rotated more.

I looked at a few other listings in the MM variation on Copper coins and really couldn't see a match with just the pictures you posted my self.

Someone more experienced will be along shortly though I'm sure.

The minor upper serf is present, the tilted outline of the secondary "D" is there, and the markers are there, including die scratches not mentioned by CC. Look around the date. Mint mark placement is right on, CC photos are from a slightly different angle.
