Extra Tree 2013 New Hampshire State Quarter

I discovered this extra line on this 2013 New Hampshire State Quarter. Almost looks like an extra tree I don't think it is a scratch because it don't go across the tree leaves. Any ideas?
It is located on the west side of the reverse between the 2nd and 3rd trees.

I dont know of any extra tree except the (still hot doubled die) '05 Minn.
I cant believe the premiums these bring. I've yet to find a SQ error, but that's just change.

I assume that is the "White Mountain National Park" America the Beautiful Quarter and not the New Hampshire State Quarter. I see what looks like a scratch between two of the trees, but nothing that would make me think "extra tree" or mint error. Hard to tell from that picture, though...
