Not sure if it is gold or just gold plated. I see a budda with some pagoda's in the background. I'm thinking Thailand? Otherwise, could also be India. Definitely modern

By the way, this coin should be in the Unknown coins section, I will send a note to staff to move the thread. Definitely not "Ancient, Greek or Roman" lol

Not a coin it is an amulet maybe?. I also think Thai. Possibly from Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha). But I'm just guesing......

"How much" will I think depend on what it is made of; obviously if it is actually made of solid gold it will be worth more than if it is just brass or gold-plated. Take it to a jeweller and ask if they can do a specific gravity test on it for you to see if it is solid gold. Don't let them use a touchstone, since that will cause a scratches on the edge of the medal and cannot reliably tell the difference between solid gold and gold plating.
