At first glance I thought this was a Dryer Coin and it may be just that. But then I noticed that IGWT was "on top" of the fold over ,don't remember seeing this on a Dryer Coin before.All input welcome. Thanks,John1

No clue... but I looked at a few dryer Lincoln cents I have and none of them show the motto through the folded over flap..

If it was a Dryer Coin the damage would be the same all the way around. I think its something else. IMO
