1963 D Nickel?

I was going through some change when I came across this nickel. I noticed that the 6 and 3 on the date seemed strange and different from other 63's I've seen. I am new to coin collecting and not sure if this is just Machine Doubling, a double die, or just normal wear. Here is a picture. Sorry in advance for the poor picture quality, it is the best that I could do. Thank your for the help.

Looks to be damage from a rolling machine.

I agree. Looks flattened. The star looks fine as well which would lead me to believe PMD over DDO.

to CCF. It is post mint damage. Looks like a coin counting/wrapping machine damaged it or maybe a gumball type machine.
