Here's a predecessor to OzLeigh's Zeeland piece posted back on 6 May: same arms, maybe the same ship.
This one's a 1647 jeton from Middelburg, Zeeland, that was struck to commemorate -- oddly and interestingly -- the Failure of Negotiations in Munster to end the Thirty Years and Eighty Years Wars.
The peace was finally achieved a year later in 1648, resulting in Spain relinquishing its claim to dominion over half of the Netherlands.
The Latin legends translate as: "Timidly and prudently I will shine and emerge."
I guess the more colloquial version would be "I will rise and shine!"

That jeton is a beauty.
