Hello fellow coin lovers.javascript:insertsmilie('') I think I may have found a dime with the transitional reverse. Reference Greer-102, and FS 901. The coin has lost much detail due to wear but I think I can see enough to make it out. If I look at the way the alignment of the two buds with the C in AMERICA appears to be basically in a straight line whereas the variety has the bud closest to the rim slightly higher or out of alignment with the other bud and C. Have I correctly attributed this variety? Is my description making any sense and is this a good way to describe an alternative pick up point on this worn coin? Thank you for your help. The closed listing can still be viewed on ebay. Here is the listing number.181424273388

Looks like an open bud reverse to me.
