Sorry my man its definetly not a glue job yet with the poor pictures that I produce it could look as if it is, I did some investigating and I'm stoked right now. I'm going to send it to KP-potter to check this one out.

Oh, Ken Potter. I got a bit confused there Just saying, that was just my opinion, I've never seen an actual coin get this kind of treatment so I can only judge by comparing yours with other 2-D images I've seen on screen.

Speculate all you want.
It's. Not. Possible.
I'm always willing to listen, though. So, I'm all ears for anyone who can explain how a clash strong enough to reach the devices is of no greater strength in the fields. Does "E pluribus unum" read forward (like it usually does) or reverse (mirrored)?

I think a simple soak in acetone would well worth it before sending it to Ken or anyone else. It will not hurt the coin so give it a try.

Soaking in acetone right now,the image is mirrored.on the reverse and obverse they are in the identical spot believe me it has to be pretty elaborate to pull this one off stay posted.

It is some type of glue or glue-like-substance. That's what it looks like when it dries between two coins - it turns a little green too. IMO, it is not an error.

Die clashes cannot go into the devices, besides, it's not even lined up properly for a clash....PMD.
