From the book;
The obverse of this medal is particularly interesting since a profile portrait was not used. The first mention of this piece in the mint records is a letter of April 5, 1886, in which Superintendent Fox of the Philly mint sent one of these medals to the Treasury Department; it had not yet been placed on sale.
It is relevant to note that April 4, 1886, was the forty-fifth anniversary of Harrison's death.
Engraver; George T. Morgan
Size; 76mm
Seller states 97 struck. But I count 120 pieces struck from 1886 to 1904 in the book.

Another Harrison piece probably associated with his death or inaugeration, I don't know which.

Seller's pics all.
