Many copies like this are made as examples of the "thirty pieces of silver" given to Judas in the Bible. Here's one made by the manufacturer currently producing this very same copy. http://www.coinreplicas.com/phoenic...l-of-tyre-11 Your copy might be one of the early ones from the 1960's, made by the original designer, Peter Rosa of Becker Reproductions, a very skilled replica-maker, making good copies of coins in the British Museum in London.
