Sorry I've added the pictures to the original post. The one of all of them is hard to see, should I crop/get closer pics?

The large silver coins appear to be common date Morgan and Peace dollars--you can look up more information online (they are both very popular series), but I'd say the Peace dollars are worth ~$15-20 each and the Morgans are worth ~$20 each. Some of the coins you posted are less common, but none are particularly rare. Up-close pictures of the remainder of the coins would help us to pick out any more valuable key dates. The Eisenhower dollar (1776-1976) is not silver and only worth face value, up to *maybe* $1.25 to the right person. In the second picture I'm seeing a few foreign coins and a bunch of dollar bills--can you post up-close pictures of those? I can't make them out well enough to tell if there is anything special about them. The third picture appears to be an old Spanish Real of Philip V--the forerunner to our silver dollar. I'm not an expert on those so I'll leave that to the rest of the forum members--they are very commonly replicated as "Pirate treasure" and offloaded on tourists in many Caribbean resorts. Here's an example of a genuine coin:

Can't quite make out the details or dates on a lot of those coins, but they appear to be common date US silver dollars and miscellaneous world silver commemoratives. I'm no expert on world coins, but on the Morgan dollars and Peace dollars, look for: Morgans: Anything from CC mint (mintmark is on reverse beneat the eagle's tail feathers)--these fetch a nice premium Anything from 1893-1897--very low mintages during these years Peace: 1928-P - key date for the series 1934-S 1921 Unfortunately, it is not uncommon to come across uncirculated Morgans, like your 1900 and 1900-O. The Mint dumped millions of uncirculated Morgans through banks back in the 50s and 60s to clear out bags that had been gathering dust for 50+ years. BU Morgans do fetch a premium, but many uncirculated coins may only fetch $5 over a heavily circulated coin. The Anthony dollars most likely aren't worth anything over face value--they were enormously unpopular when they were made from 1979-1980, and aren't hard to find, even uncirculated. Only real thing to look for are the 1979 wide rim variety--these fetch a very small premium. The dollar bills are old, but not old enough to be worth anything.

I'd agree that the Pillar Dollar or "Pirate Piece-of-eight" is not genuine, but a cast fake.
The Marshall Islands "coins" have, since they were originally issued, been demoted to semi-official or quasi-official coins, with limitations placed on their legal tender status by the Marshall Islands government. They were mass-produced and mass-marketed by an American private mint and there is almost no collector demand for them.
The other coins appear genuine, though I'd also agree there's nothing super-rare or valuable that stands out.

What are you planning to do with the collection? As a quick estimate, assuming all of those silver coins are genuine, you're probably looking at $350-$500 for the whole lot if you go the ebay route. I'd recommend that you keep them in the family, at least for the time being. If you are looking to sell, keep an eye on the silver spot price and take them to ebay when silver hits $35-$50/oz again.

Thanks everyone, I am very impressed with all of your knowledge. Finn235, I guess if you are estimating in that range I will probably hold onto them. They have more sentimental value to my wife than the monetary price. Thanks again.
