If you buy a certified coin graded by ICCS ,CCCS ,PCGS, NGC, or ANACS should there be return privileges? Yes ? No ? Why?

Ofcourse there should be. If you haven't had the chance to see the coin in hand, then there should always be return privileges, especially when buying from ebay.

I think it's just good business practice to offer returns. Especially in the day and age of online trade. We always offer 14 day returns on any product with the exception of bullion and some coinage sold as bullion unless of course we somehow messed up. (eg; Olympic sets, etc...).
