I can't tell but something does not look right. The wear on the coin appears only to be near the rim not on the high points as you would expect

Do you think the wing looks like the detail was re-cut? I agree with neuron, it sort of jumps out at you. Compare it to the 20 philly the seller has listed. I'm not even considering the obvious overgrade.

I don't see any tell-tale signs of retooling, but there is absolutely no prayer of getting a MS-66 in any respectable slab.

I could pick this coin apart, but why.......
