Makes me wonder.. Whens the last time a seller just flat out smoked a buyer? I have been very very lucky I guess only one instance of a snippy seller and one slow shipper

Also remember that case is Australian law (kangaroos)... the standards for defamation are very different in different jurisdictions.

This issue surprises me as this type thing is really not apart of our culture, as a general rule. but it is not unheard of!
