Would you say this an Arnprior dollar? Doesn't look quite the same as the pictures in Charlton catalog. But can't see 3 or 4 water lines.

I would be interested in this post as well. I believe it's an arnprior but I'd like to see what others think.
Here is my example.

Other opinions would be appreciated, as other examples like this are online as arnprior. I'm still unsure.

Coin Scavenger, both your coins appear to have faint horizon lines located well above the islet tip, 1951 Arnprior should have no horizon lines whatsoever. They are SWL.

DBM the horizon line that's the one about 1/3 way up the canoe? When I look at the one I have it has the same line. Thanks for the different marker to look for, the water lines can be a little deceiving.

Thanks DBM... I think? Just kidding, busted my bubble.
Another question.
Both the coins I posted are uncirculated, to my eye, why does the top coin have extra detail on the canoe is that the strike or a different die? I'm guessing grade for the top dollar would be 3 or 4 points better then the bottom.
