I recently received some extremely nice coins in the mail. The Australian 50 and 20 Cent pieces really helped my collections along, and my Dansco Albums are getting close to being completed.

On the day the coins arrived I also received a telephone call from the sender -- Gregk from Sydney. Greg wanted to be certain the coins had arrived safely.

I very much appreciate the coins, and I certainly appreciate Greg and all he has done to help me with my Australian collections.

Rest in Peace

Today, Aug. 30, I received some beautiful coins from Gregk.

They were nine Australian 20 Cent Pieces that I needed for my Dansco Album.

Thanks to Greg, I am now about three coins short of having that collection up to date.

I am most appreciative to Greg, as well as other Aussies, who have helped me so much with my 20 and 50 Cent collections, as well as sending coins which I will use when I start collecting other Australian denominations.

Another package arrived today from Gregk.

It contained beautiful mint sets as well as pre decimal coins.

Thanks to Greg and other Aussie collectors who have helped me (such as Triggersmob, bm1947, muckeye, toast, Snooba, markn, and others) I have what I consider the begining of a great Australian coin collection!

Giving gives me more pleasure than receiving.
It's a new Aussie proverb I just invented:). I think?
However Gary, the three coins you are waiting for will probably come the next time the 'tooth fairy' visits, good luck.
regards,
