If the obverse was as good as the reverse I'd say MS64 but
with all the chatter you might scrape in MS62 if you're lucky

Looks more like an AU, it's difficult to be sure about wear from photos, there is some associated discolouration which is normally indicative of wear and there surfaces are quite marked indicative of a lightly circulated coin. I'd say AU55.
