The only population reports you'll see is when they are sent to TPGs, and those reports are exclusive to each particular TPG. Report this Post to the Staff

I'm thinking that's only a couple of days, so yes the die is out of service...the question is how many coins did it make....they may have seen the DDO and replaced the die early.
