Here are the pictures, one of a normal dot, and one that may be misplaced, both appear to be the same diameter (1.2mm).

It is PMD, notice that the right side of the 0 is deformed from the impact.

Thanks, I do believe you are correct. Looking at the examples of doubled lettering there doesn't seem to be any deformation of adjacent letters as I would have thought. I think I'll hold on to it anyways.
