I have a 1915 25 cent piece that was part of a box of coins buried in a creek in Texas. My brother found this coin 30 years ago.

It was treated quite harshly at some point (or may points) in its life, but the mintage is very low.

Is it something that anyone would bid on?

Thanks!

I listed the coin on ebay at $15. I had no idea of where to price it, so I just pulled a number out of the air. If it doesn't sell, I'll list it one more time at $10.

The listing can be seen if you click the link in my signature file.

If I don't sell it, I'll keep it another 30 years. It's not hurting anyone where it is and I DO have a rare Canadian 25 cent coin.

Thanks for everyone's help!

Ben

Sounds good

Although I don't thin k you'll have a sale at $15. I'd put it's full trend value at $10, so $8-$10 is a more realistic estimate in this grade.
