That is not an OGP Mint Set, it was a coin magazine subscription promo. However, both mints did sell sounvenir sets in the gift shops but you could only get one set of coins struck at that particular mint. The 1982 and 1983 OGP souvenir sets have become quite pricy since that is one of the best sources for those coins but the magazine promos usually contain decent examples as well.
